I spent 10 years perfecting a programme to maintain a six-pack and low body fat year-round, but a local gym competition left me feeling disappointed with my performance. That sparked a shift in my approach, where I developed a method to both look good and perform well. After competing in my first hybrid competition, I realised true fulfilment comes from training for performance, not just aesthetics. Now, I train purely to become Fitter, Faster, and Stronger, and my physique is a natural result of training like an athlete.
