What is the Total Athlete Programme?

You’ll also be supported through our training app and a community of like-minded athletes, with direct guidance to help you stay consistent and confident in your training.

We prescribe 4 workouts per week. This balance gives enough training volume to drive progress while allowing recovery, which is essential for long-term results.
